    You should come to China, get a contract with CCTV, get your own culinary show, you’ll become a celebrity chef and loved by everyone~ Frankly, those people that appear in cooking programmes in China are so old-school, there’s no fun, no fusion whatsoever, it’s static! Or at least get a publisher in China, your book is fatastic, but you can’t buy it in China~
