Hi, I am of chinese ancestory- but my irish/scottish heritage has taken over unfortunately!! Am am very flexible though! Coincedently though my partner is now working in Guangzhou for an Australian mining company.. I have recently visited him and love China. I bought your book in Hong Kong and I love it!! We are very frequent visitors of Thailand and also own property there and I also LOVE to cook. Hence my love of China as well as thailand and all asian countries and cuisine. Just thought I’d say I love your book and will soon be trying your recipes
