The Michelin guide for all its gastronomic learning was until recently Eurocentric, with Japan representin'. Now that Hong Kong and Macau have come online, I get to see where my favourite restaurants stand. Lei Garden, to my mind nonpareil for Cantonese cuisine, rates one Michelin star! About time innit.
