I've always eaten at the Tsim Sha Tsui branch, so I can't say I have a preference. Outside of Hong Kong there's the branch at Chijmes in Singapore, which is also pretty good.

About time innit. The Michelin guide for all its gastronomic learning was until recently Eurocentric, with Japan representin'. Now that Hong Kong and Macau have come online, I get to see where my favourite restaurants stand. Lei Garden, to my mind nonpareil for Cantonese cuisine, rates one Michelin star!
